Refund Policy

Short version: If your conversion fails or produces unusable output, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- The conversion failed to complete due to a technical error on our side
- The converted output is corrupted or completely unusable
- You were charged but did not receive a download link
- You request a refund within 7 days of payment and the conversion has not yet started
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued in the following cases:
- The conversion completed successfully but you are unsatisfied with the quality of the output (Markdown quality depends on the complexity and formatting of your source PDF)
- You uploaded the wrong file
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
How to Request a Refund
Email support@mintparse.com with your job ID (visible in the URL during conversion) and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
